Current Employee - PhD Graduate Student

I have been working at Harvard University full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Engaging environment to learn and work. Your abilities to create and foster knowledge are limitless.

Cons

Quite a bureaucratic place with lots of hurdles.

Advice to Management

Less bureaucracy leads to faster innovation.

Former Employee - Administrative Assistant

I worked at Westmont College part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

I was a student worker for the OGP Team at the college. The OGP Team is wonderful and I can't say better things. Very supportive and understanding if you are a student. I worked for them for 3 years... and I have gained experience with office duties/ data entry.

Cons

The pay could be better as it is only minimum wage but other than that no issues!
