Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Hasbro full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Hasbro is a great company and really lives their values. From day to day commitments like eliminating plastic from packaging to how the company reacts during a crisis. During the COVID-19 crisis... they are taking care of their employees. Everyone is being paid whether or not they are able to work. The company is continuing their philanthropic efforts with donations of money, toys and games to families and children in need. We have great people and a strong focus on relationships. I enjoy being part of my direct team as well as working with others in the organization.

Cons

Hasbro is a company where priorities can shift quickly and there can be a lot of ambiguity. This is great for people who enjoy change and don't require a lot of structure.

Advice to Management

Keep up the great work!
