Former Freelancer - Interior Design Consultant

I worked at Havertys

Pros

Great to work here today

Cons

other employees very rude they are horrid

Store Manager

I have been working at Sleep Number Corporation

Pros

Good pay and they believe in building employees up! Plenty of training and a ton of opportunity to move up if you desire and don’t mind the hard work! Like any other sales job you are required to... make plan and if you apply yourself instead of saying this goal is unreachable, you will be surprised at what you can accomplish!

Cons

It can be stressful when you are behind plan. No job is perfect but have a plan on how to decompress and manage stress. There is no work life balance at all, when I try to establish one I’m always... back at work. I know what I signed up for and I still love my job.

Advice to Management

Help employees get better with stress management. I believe this would help us in the long run, I love how you invest in us and provide us with ample tools to be successful. Our company is one that... is improving constantly and I really love how we make improvements on our products based of customer feedback!
