Pros

Steelcase has a fantastic engineering team where everybody is eager to contribute and help each other out. The products are exciting to work on and there is a lot of opportunity to define how best... you can contribute to the team's success. The business has recently placed a larger emphasis on removing blocks so that the teams can work effectively and deliver.

Cons

Steelcase is a large organization and it can take time for course corrections to be made. This can be frustrating if you like to move quickly. Having said that, it is clear that the management team... recognizes the need to be able to move more quickly and they are actively working to remove obstacles to that goal.

Advice to Management

It is easy to fall back into old patterns. Continue with the emphasis on moving quickly and focusing on delivery of value to our customers.
