Current Employee - Manager of Accounts Receivable

I have been working at Health Carousel full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Feeling like you belong to a family.

Cons

I have no comment at this time.

"Underwhelming"Mar 13, 2013

I worked at TSA Corporation

Pros

Colleagues were nice, helpful and informative. Not really much else nice to say about the company. Didn't expect any extra work.

Cons

Company management was soo disconnected from the employees it wasn't funny. Employees who got the most face time in the head office were given leadership roles they were unable to fill.

Advice to Management

Care about your employees. Spend time with them, work out what they want.
