Former Employee - Care Coordinator

I worked at Health Net full-time for more than a year

Pros

Loved the people I worked with. My manager was amazing and never micromanaged.

Cons

When the merger happened and the “new” management came in it was like you weren’t able to talk or move. Too much micromanaging, not enough trust that staff will get the job done, we have integrity... and they made you feel like you didn’t have any.

Advice to Management

Change your methods of management, you lost amazing staff.

Former Contractor - Direct Support Professional

I worked at Health Net of California for more than 10 years

Pros

Great company with great opportunities

Cons

Had to depend on Co-worker training only
