Current Employee - Machine Operator

I have been working at Heartland Label Printers full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Heartland is constantly striving to improve the work environment for their employees. They’ve recently revamped the pay scale and brought back personal days. Everyone is always willing to pitch in... and help when needed. My boss even runs my machine during my lunch break. I also love the 4 day work week.

Cons

Honestly the only con I have is the 12 hour work days. I would prefer 10 hour days. But the 3 day weekend is a plus.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Heartland Business Systems full-time for less than a year

Pros

Heartland has a great group of employees. The company is growing in a good direction and improving processes. Hard work is encouraged and rewarded.

Cons

The environment is fast-paced and ever-changing, which can be challenging for some. It's all about mindset and the effort you're willing to put in.

Advice to Management

Keep it up! Continue to value employee feedback and work through the small challenges as a team.
