I have been working at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

It is a global company with a flat hierarchy, which makes working fun. Decisions are being made quickly without going through multiple layers. Over the past years, there are lots of improvements.... Hellmann comes with a great benefit package compared to its competitors (401k match, merit increases, career opportunities, etc.).

Cons

The company went through a lot of management changes over the past years. However, now the management is stable and the recent success shows that the right people are on board.

Advice to Management

Keep the current direction!
