I have been working at Hello Design full-time
I work at Hello as a full time employee and I have had great experiences working here. By working day to day with David the CEO I have developed a strong relationship that has helped me grow in my... job and abilities. He has a lot of experience and knowledge to tap into. This is a place that has a strong core of people who want to stay and grow within and once you realize that you will thrive here. Fast paced environment that forces you to do your best work and wear multiple hats. Since it is a smaller agency you are forced to own your projects and that will set you up for success as long as you can handle agency life (which to be fair is not for everyone).
The one con I would say for Hello is that we are stronger as a team and everyone needs to remember that daily. You are not in it alone and should not act as so. Communicate with the team and it all... works out.
Advice to Management

I have been working at Hello Labs full-time for more than 10 years
It's amazing what can do done when good people focus on the right things (customer support & product building). Hello Labs has changed a lot over the years. It has settled into a mature,... profitable company with virtually no workplace drama.
Nothing consequential. Telecom can be a little jargony.
Advice to Management
Keep on keeping on.
