Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Hershey Medical Center full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Opportunities for growth Educational opportunities Vacation package is fabulous

Cons

Administration works in circles; they waste so much money. Management does not listen to the people actually doing the work therefore they keep trying to come up with ideas on how “to work faster... and smarter” when they actually “tried that idea of working faster and smarter 5 years ago” but management has changed since then and they aren’t listening to the workers who are giving them info to save money...so frustrating!

Advice to Management

Listen to those actually doing the job...not the bright, shiny faces right out of college who have no idea what they are doing🙄

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at ePeople full-time

Pros

The people who work here are all very friendly and helpful. Management is easy to work with and listen to you when you have concerns.

Cons

The office can be loud at times due to everyone being on the phone.
