First and foremost, the comprehensive training program provided by Enterprise is outstanding. The company invests in its employees' development, equipping us with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in our roles. The hands-on training, mentorship, and shadowing opportunities allowed me to understand the ins and outs of the business while learning from experienced leaders who genuinely care about our success.
Cons
The only downside is that metrics are competitive and numbers make you stand out.
