Current Employee - BDC Manager

I have been working at Hertz full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Hertz sales jobs pay very well. Not as cut throat at your typical dealership. No haggling. Hourly pay and flat rate commission and bonus structure.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say. Yes you work a lot... you’re in car sales. You’ll work a lot more somewhere else and make the same

Advice to Management

None

Former Intern - Fixed Income Securities Summer Analyst

I worked at Wells Fargo for less than a year

Pros

The culture of Wells Fargo was a very accepting and supportive one. Its almost like a cheat code in the Banking world.

Cons

The internship could have been structured better, but overall it was a very good experience.
