Current Employee - Strategy

I have been working at Hill Holliday full-time for more than a year

Pros

Reading some of the reviews on this site, I am wondering if it's the same company? I've found it to be a great place to work, so far. Good name recognition and reputation. Some seriously talented,... amusing and creative people here. Interesting mix of services and departments internally. Progressive and innovative strategy department with good people to learn from and good work being done - especially in the media and consulting space. Strong, stable management (CEO has worked here for 30 years) and a bit of family vibe to the agency (vs backstabbing vibe). Lots of perks that folks like including free Nitro coffee, massages, spa stuff. General morale seems pretty good. Work life balance is still infinitely better than NY or Chicago and other agencies in Boston from what I hear.

Cons

Like every big agency in the US, it feels like an agency that is undergoing some transformation. A few departments being merged and some restructuring has been happening. Change is hard for some... people. Office has amazing views and is easy to get to but having separate floors cant make it feel disconnected.

Advice to Management

Keep bringing in good people.

Former Employee - Operations Manager

I worked at Digitas full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Felt like family HR actually listens to you Great relationships with C level employees

Cons

None really - maybe not being the coolest person working there.
