Pros

Great location in downtown Ann Arbor. Employer pays for parking. So much to do downtown when not working. Great projects and a family feel to the organization. The actual office is a gorgeous stone... church that was converted into a workplace back in the 80's. If you have a great attitude and work ethic there are plenty of advancement opportunities.

Cons

As with any company there are cons. Sometimes different departments are played favorite to but over all it is a great place to work and build your career.
