Pros

The work experience really depends on the team you are working with. I had the opportunity to work with a very supportive and passionate team who cares deeply about the team and department goals. It... is great to have upper management who understands the difficulties of particular projects and assign additional support where necessary to help complete our tasks.

Cons

At a smaller branch, there are definitely constraints with budget, work space, and time. Sometimes you would have to switch gears and drop projects, but that's understandable in any company to have... priorities.
