If you are willing to work there is a great money to be made. OJL is great and there are people willing to show you the ropes if you are missing any knowledge. Great support by the management for any... problems or questions.
Warehouse constantly pulling wrong parts or doesn't send parts that you need for the job so you end up staying on some jobs more than you need to

Keep up the good work. Fix your warehouse situation and you will truly be a 5Star company and will have more rested people so they can volunteer on more days
I worked at Tile Market of Delaware full-time for more than 3 years
While I enjoyed working for TMOD, and met a lot of great people while doing so, I was unfairly terminated while no-one else was terminated for similar issues. That being said, I do miss working here... because of the sales staff and the work. If you do plan on working here, just watch out for the "favorites" that work there, they seem to be able to do whatever they want. - Co-workers (sales floor) are great people to work with, friendly and helpful. - Clients can be great people to work with. - Design work can be very fun most days. - Can learn a lot about the industry if you submerge yourself. - A mix of being on your feet in the showroom, and at your desk processing orders. - NOT commission based, so you do not have to pressure your clients to purchase.
- Little to no room for growth (Managers have been in their positions/with the company for 10+ years, won't be going anywhere anytime soon) - Nepotism/Favoritism - Lack of organization and... communication between the different departments. - Lack of enough employees on high volume days. (Saturdays) - Lack of proper training for new employees. - Positions/promotions are almost never posted, only given to the favorites/family. - A lot of picking up where someone left off, customers being angry because they were over-promised and given incorrect information.
Advice to Management
Get all of the managers on the same page, to ensure the fair treatment to all employees and enforce the rules on everyone, not just certain employees.
