This was the best office type job I've had. The job was interesting and speaking to people from all around the world was great. Every day was structured but you still had flexibility in which tasks... you'd do that day. Managers were kind and working with people from different countries was great. I felt like I was making a difference in customer's days even from my small role as a customer service rep.
As part of the customer service job, sometimes customers can be rude. But this is not Booking.com's fault.
