Pros

My first month at Houzz has been the best onboarding for a job that I've ever expirienced. Each and every employee that I have come across has gone above and beyond to make sure I am ready to go.... With daily/weekly contests and daily huddles, each day feels like a new an exciting game to take on.

Cons

Everything was super organized, well planned out and any help that you could ever need is readily available. I have no real cons in my first month.
