Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Huntington National Bank full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

HNB genuinely cares about their people. Management works with team members individually to help them develop their career paths and reach their goals. The vacation time is great, too, starting at 16... days for new hires. I worked for HNB for several years and every employee I ever met was helpful and loved their job. I would still be working there if I hadn't moved to a state outside of their footprint.

Cons

The only con with HNB is they reduced the commission incentives multiple times.

Advice to Management

You're doing a great job already. No advice needed.

Former Contractor - Tutor

I worked at Huntington Learning Centers for less than a year

Pros

Julie is an amazing assistant director. She’s very kind and wants to help everyone. The owner is also very kind and sympathetic with us. Also the assistant manager is very kind

Cons

Not very interesting learning for the kids

Advice to Management

Update the materials to be more 2019. Kids like iPads and Phone apps
