Pros
Great compensation and benefits with career opportunities for those that have the drive and motivation. Excellent upper management in my Region that truly care.
Cons
I do not really have any cons to share as this company has taken care of me well. I set goals for myself within this company and didn't let anything discourage me.
Advice to Management
Don't get caught up in disgruntled employees unsubstantiated complaints when they smell blood in the water.
