Featured Review

Former Employee - Technician

I worked at IBERDROLA Renewables full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

People, wage, benefits, 401k, training, tuition assistance.

Cons

On call can be demanding for a 2 man crew.

Advice to Management

None

I have been working at Iberdrola Ingeniería y Construcción

Pros

Good vacations, great insurance, goo salary and work/life balance. Compelling company mission.

Cons

This subsidiary does not have enough infrastructure in the US. IT and HR services to employees are poor quality. No career opportunities within this company. Better go to other subsidiaries.

Advice to Management

If there is not existing IT and HR infrastructure, one of the existing ones (Avangrid or Avangrid Renewables) should be used for this subsidiary. Management is old school. Modern managers should... be hired.
