Pros
The premise that labor unions were founded upon is fair and just. Fair wages and benefits to provide all with a quality of life everyone should have opportunity to achieve.
Cons
While pay and benefits are very good, particularly as compared to other, non-members within the same sector, it's never good enough. Entitlement and complacency run rampant.
Pros
Good pay and great benefits
Cons
A lot of political and gotta pay dues quarterly
