A lot going on requiring requiring a lot of resources with little bandwidth to do other things. Slower to adjust to major market trends and shifts. Many internal processes that slow progress.
Advice to Management
Remove the amount of people and processes involved in decision making. Be more nimble and quicker. Don't be as conservative with ideas that are outside of the traditional way it's always been done.
