Current Intern - Software Developer

I have been working at IBM for less than a year

Pros

Great pay, flexible hours, tons of perks at work (free soda/coffee/snacks)

Cons

Older coworkers aren’t super accepting of the younger employees (even though that’s the company’s entire focus), lots of red tape

Advice to Management

Encourage more cross-team collaboration

Former Employee - Senior Receptionist

I worked at Ricoh full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

I had the pleasure of working in the Amazon offices and it was super fun. The Ricoh managers are very supportive and will help you achieve your goals into moving up with the company.

Cons

Not many cons, but people can often get on your nerves. That with every job
