Former Employee - Senior Vice President

I worked at ICBA full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

ICBA has established an culture where every employee strives to accomplish the mission of creating and promoting an environment where community banks flourish. The executive leadership team is led... by a visionary CEO, who, as a 3rd generation banker, understands the Association's membership on a more personal level than anyone could, and this shows by her dedication to its employees. The CFO and her staff work across the various departments and subsidiary companies to provide an unparalleled level of attentive, efficient, and effective customer service to all stakeholders and the Chief of Staff works to bring everyone together in an inclusive and collaborative manner across states lines. The education department is top notch, convention is of the highest quality you will go to, and government relations team is one of the most effective you will find inside the beltway. Oh, and the benefits are amongst the best in DC … by far.

Cons

At times, the organization can get caught up in it's own complexities and that encourages a reporting structure that is unclear across its subsidiary companies.

Advice to Management

The staff in the Minnesota office is one of the biggest competitive advantages that ICBA has that provides support to its membership, subsidiary companies, executive leadership, employees, state... affiliates, various boards of directors and committees. Expansion of this office would be a opportunity that should not be overlooked.

Current Employee - Director, Account Management

I have been working at AAA Club Alliance full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Culture is supportive and values are equally applied to clients and associates. Best company that I have ever worked for in terms of caring about employee and client satisfaction. At AAA Club... Alliance we talk the talk and walk the walk

Cons

It is not widely known that AAA has a Corporate Travel offering. We are the best kept secret but with a bigger emphasis in the digital media world that is beginning to change

Advice to Management

Continued to stay focus on innovation and employee engagement.
