ICC offers multiple product lines that sales reps can offer their clients. If you cannot get in the door with one product, you have 2 or 3 others to offer. There is unlimited income potential for... sales reps as well. Office staff are very helpful for the most part and other than the standard requirements of logging sales calls and meeting quota, the schedule for a sales rep is very flexible.
Cons
There are numerous businesses in the area that sell the same products, which makes differentiation difficult to achieve. Not all members of management are on the same page all the time. As a small... company there isn't much of a marketing budget or anything much done for advertising.
