Pros

Very flexible and great company to start your career

Cons

Lack of leadership and organize

Current Employee - Manager

I have been working at Amer Sports full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Best part of this company is the employees. Being an outdoor sporting goods company, the passion for the products runs high. I enjoy working for this company.

Cons

We are a part of a larger matrix organization. Sometimes reporting lines are difficult to understand as well as who reports to who and who is accountable for who.

Advice to Management

Employees are our greatest asset, remember to treat them as such.
