Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at INSTALLS full-time for less than a year

Pros

Easy shift flexibility, good PTO

Cons

Working with the public you always have your poor days

Former Employee - Senior Manager

I worked at K. Hovnanian Homes full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

From Corporate to Division Leadership is solid. Real care for associates. Heads and Shoulders above other big national homebuilding companies.

Cons

With the Corporate and Division structures, sometimes red tape and a bit of bureaucracy can become frustrating; however, this is true in most big and medium size organizations.

Advice to Management

Keep moving forward and letting associates know you care. Also, begin to trim some of the bureaucracy.
