Current Employee - Analyst

I have been working at ITHAKA full-time for more than a year

Pros

- collaborative workplace environment - friendly office culture - everyone genuinely strives for excellence and believes in what they do

Cons

None that I can think of so far

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at AnswerLab full-time for less than a year

Pros

Free healthcare options, choice of Apple or PC, good bonus program, good vacation policy, option to work from home full time. And the people who run the organization are genuinely good people. It's... nice to feel valued and supported at the same time.

Cons

I'm not being fair if I don't list something the company could improve on. I don't know what that is two months in, but I'll update if something comes to mind.

Advice to Management

I can't speak for others, but the most important things to me in relationships (whether personal or work) is being around people who have a "do the right thing" mentality and people who support and... encourage me. I feel like the tone at the top reflects this, and in turn that makes my work life fulfilling. I hope this approach from mgmt continues for a long time
