Former Intern - Anonymous Intern

I worked at ITW for less than a year

Pros

Awesome people work here that provide a very welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Pay is pretty good. Amazing facilities and company benefits for full time. Clean atmosphere.

Cons

Location can be a bit plain.

Advice to Management

N/A

Current Employee - National Account Manager

I have been working at ITW Global Brands full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Learning the interesting 80/20 business model and how to apply it to your book of business to grow sales.

Cons

Sometimes "sales" is on the back burner dealing with constant price increases which are often magnified since the company carries so many brands.
