Featured Review

Current Employee - IT Manager Operations

I have been working at ITW full-time for more than a year

Pros

Pay is solid; benefits are excellent; great talent; the company knows how to financially grow regardless of the economy; small knit HQ which gets the best out of people; leadership promotes growth... and maturity; opportunities to move around within the company

Cons

For a company this size, would be nice to have profit sharing or discounted employee stock

Advice to Management

There isn't much. Keep doing what you're doing and make sure your employees are top priority

Former Intern - Internship

I worked at The Dilenschneider Group for less than a year

Pros

Working with pretty big clients in the Chrysler Building

Cons

Being absolutely disrespected, belittled and micromanaged. Underpaid and not even treated like a human being. I was once growled at while saying good morning.

Advice to Management

Do not ignore your coworkers and talk badly about them when the office is open and everyone can hear. If you hire young people, they will leave because of the lack of respect, tolerance and overall... negative environment. Everyone talks badly about one another, no one wants you to succeed and everyone thrives off negativity. You have potential! Change things. CEO is great. Everyone else - not so much.
