Pros
Fair salary, best benefits by far. Probably the best company to work and have a family, flexibility, etcetera.
Cons
Difficult to promote, big company so your work kind of blends in. There is a too equal treatment to professional people and no professional people which makes it unfair.
Advice to Management
Good workers pay for other people's neglect.

Pros
Good vacations, great insurance, goo salary and work/life balance. Compelling company mission.
Cons
This subsidiary does not have enough infrastructure in the US. IT and HR services to employees are poor quality. No career opportunities within this company. Better go to other subsidiaries.
Advice to Management
If there is not existing IT and HR infrastructure, one of the existing ones (Avangrid or Avangrid Renewables) should be used for this subsidiary. Management is old school. Modern managers should... be hired.
