First things first, the people are great! I've made many friends while working at Improving and have seen how we come together for each other in good and bad times both inside and outside of work.... This is an outcome of Improving's culture, which is the best I've experienced. One of the other aspects of the culture I enjoy is around learning and growth. I've grown both in my career and personal life through the opportunities available here.

There are so many great activities and initiatives at Improving. It can be difficult deciding what to attend and get involved in.
