Current Employee - Associate

I have been working at In-N-Out Burger part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

1. It's a friendly environment 2. Higher pay than minimum wage and opportunities for raises 3. Excellent company, you can tell they care about their associates 4. Delicious food!

Cons

Very fast-paced, often stressful, depending on management can be unnecessarily stressful

Current Employee - N/A

I have been working at Restaurant Brands International full-time for more than a year

Pros

- unique culture - ownership and accountability - very good career prospects - open floor - talent caliber - interns are exposed to a lot of challenging and exciting opportunities and projects

Cons

- ownership is often mentioned as a key element of success at RBI, grit and resilience seem to be a big component too - you have to be able to endure through the hard times and hard work
