Pros

Growth Opportunity is endless! The work environment is positive and contagious. Great people with a positive attitude, very rewarding to work with a company that has the same work ethic as you and... has similar goals. Provides the necessary training to become successful!

Cons

some long hours on some days but at the end of the day- very productive and rewarding to learn the business and grow within the company

Pros

Working with City Business Solutions allows you to have a stable career with the freedom of structuring your days to meet your personal needs. There is a network of coworkers to call on anytime you... need or just want to however there is also the option to be self-sufficient. It is a nice balance for anyone that doesn't want the typical 9-5.

Cons

The company is serious about growth and require 100%. This is not just a job for collecting a paycheck at the end of the week.

Advice to Management

Management works very hard putting in many hours, but they should take more vacations so the staff has more opportunities to slack off.
