I feel that my contributions are valued and my managers empower me to take the lead on a lot of my projects. I have the flexibility I need to balance my work and home life, and I see people at all... levels of the company prioritizing work-life balance.
I see strides being made but like most companies I think gender and cultural diversity has a ways to go. I would like to see more women and minorities in leadership roles.
The people that work at Meta are super talented, and super fun to be around.
It's a gamble whether or not you're on a team with lots of technical debt. Newer teams seem more likely to have tech debt. Sometimes the internal tools are a bit jank.
