Pros
I'm lucky to work with highly competent people who I trust. I also appreciate how well our CEO leads the company. The culture is great for ambitious and ethical people.
Cons
The pace of work is ... challenging, at times. But that's the way of the world today, right?
Pros
there is no good reason to work at Xin run away from the Slaver managers
Cons
Xin is the worst place I ever work in my life time, I would not encourage anyone to put themselves in the slavery company, I signed a contract for 37.5 hours but Everyone is force to work 60 hours... per week, if you don't you would be fired on the spot. we are aske to leave your home by 8am and work until 7pm, they will call me at least six times for the day putting me under severe pressure to get custom signed up the their tariff, followed by at lease 5 text messages pushing sales argument, everyone have to pin their location at 6:30 pm and send to managers by their mobile phones to ensure you are working until late , my manger text me on Sundays telling me hope I am read for work Monday morning this is the sort of pressure Xin apply to workers, Bank holiday I will also get text messages hoping I am read for work the next day, you have to use your own phone to do the Xin business @ 60 hours per week the salary is £8.12 per hour before duction and car allowance work out to £8: per day after duction , my manager told me when customer have problem and calling me I should block their number and move on, working here you cant go to your GP, dentist , hospital appointment, if you sick you have to work same way.
