Featured Review

I have been working at Information Control Company

Pros

This company truly believes in its employees, and makes a strong effort to empower its employees, as well as helping them to grow as much as possible.

Cons

It is a consulting company that has a primary responsibility to provide a service to its clients. Not really a bad thing, just a potential down side if you're not willing to help out wherever... possible.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at WorkForce Software full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Management/team members are always encouraging the best from you without heaping on unreasonable expectations. No backstabbing. Mature problem solving. Reasonable autonomy over what my position... looks like. Work Life balance is fantastic.

Cons

Could use more opportunities for individual feedback. Helpful to know where I stand.

Advice to Management

Don't shy away from constructive criticism. It is a benefit to the employee and assists in better relationships long term. But erring on the positive side is never a bad thing.
