Pros

Have been with the organization for more than a decade and that speakes for itself .. it has been one of the very good organizations I have worked in. Very good work culture, management enables... employees to have good work life balance and the definitely lot of good challenging work.

Cons

Nothing much .. so far so good!

Pros

An awesome company to work for. Lots of paid time off (vacation, sick time, parental leave, etc.,) incredible benefits, fun work environment.

Cons

No ability to work from home, constant change.
