Systems Administrator

I have been working at Inovis

Pros

I felt the dynamics of my group promoted a healthy and challenging work environment. Never got bored, always had opporutnities to learn and grow technically. I also enjoyed a flexible work schedule... which was critical to me. The afterhours demands were plenty but there was always appropriate functional overlap.

Cons

Upper management's communication to the employees was often vague and this fostered suspicion regarding the direction of the company which ultimately proved to be right on.

Advice to Management

Overall Inovis was a good place to work. Communication could have been a bit better from upper management but, in the end, there are sometimes reasons for why things are not said.
