Former Employee - Quality Engineer

I worked at Integra LifeSciences full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

A company of great people willing to help you and the company grow.

Cons

Yearly pay increases are dependent on company goal achievement and can be on the low side.

Current Employee - National Account Specialist

I have been working at TRAC full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

I have worked at TRAC Interstar since 04/2016. Since that time I have been promoted 5 times. I love that the company values and recognizes my hard work! I can say that I truly love my job, team,... and my manager and I plan to retire from TRAC Interstar. My manager Michael Strang creates a fun team atmosphere with team incentives and very clear goals and objectives. TRAC Interstar has so much potential and I look forward to my future here.

Cons

Until recently training for our call center was not very well structured or standardized. However, the company has recently implemented a training program and a dedicated trainer. Here at the... Call Center, I would like to see a picnic area for lunches and breaks on nice days. We have no where to sit outside. It would be nice if we had a cafeteria or better vending machine selections for lunch aslo.

Advice to Management

Review Employees KPI more frequently, have more team meetings to identify opportunity and objectives, and create more competition with incentive.. Specifically for departments in Operations. Lean... Management / 6 Sigma ideas and processes could used in operations to improve, review, and implement continuous improvement.
