Pros

VP was amazing and a very enthusiastic person. They always brought a great smile to work and made others feel appreciated.

Cons

managers that were there were not experienced at all in how to train anyone. It was a "figure it out, but don't mess up or you're fired" scenario. Very much interpersonal relationships and special... treatment for certain ones....

Pros

Friendly staff, good base rate of pay, decent benefits, AND newer equipment.

Cons

No time-and-a-half. Just straight time. The above "pros" negate this, in my opinion.
