Current Employee - Patient Care Tech

I have been working at Intermountain Healthcare full-time for more than a year

Pros

I love Intermountain! They are very modern and advanced in their technology and I've enjoyed getting to know everyone at the hospital! Best company I've ever worked for.

Cons

I don't really have any cons.

Former Intern - Anonymous Intern

I worked at Southwest General Hospital

Pros

Great place to learn, most nurses were great teachers.

Cons

Small If you don't speak Spanish, learn some!

Advice to Management

Staffing seems to be an issue everywhere, I understand. But the load of patients per nurse seems to be very unfair.
