I have been working at Internap Corporation full-time for more than a year

Pros

INAP is a place where you can make an impact right away. The company is open to you finding a flaw or gap and filling it without getting shut down by bureaucracy. Leadership is open and willing to... communicate while giving you space to operate. Advancement and growth opportunities are more available than industry status quo. No back stabbing or toxic offices.

Cons

Runs lean on staff so work loads can get out of hand, great if you love to work but sometimes gets frustrating. A lot of tribal knowledge that requires chasing data or process.

Advice to Management

Organization continues to move in the right direction, it just need a little more horse power with head count.

Still feels like a start-up, meaning a fair amount of people wear multiple hats. Market rate seems a bit on the lower end.
