Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at International Data Group full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

A collaborative environment where new and challenging opportunities exist where I can continue to grow and develop professionally, a place where work/life balance is appreciated and new thoughts are... welcomed.

Cons

More employees need to keep an open mind to change

Advice to Management

Continue to lead by example

"Enjoyable work"Nov 20, 2016

Current Employee - Consultant

I have been working at IDG full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great colleagues. People across the business who want to help. Varied types of work and interesting client situations.

Cons

The management often commit to taking an action without ensuring follow up so a number of good ideas unfortunately disappear.

Advice to Management

Consider including more of us in your decision making for a better result.
