Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at International Fund For Animal Welfare full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

The CEO and Management team are phenomenal, especially during this COVID-19 crisis. They took action before the government to ensure the safety of all staff. They continually imbue a sense of calm in... the midst of this chaos. They always reach out to staff to keep us informed. The CEO and members of Management have reached out to me personally throughout the years to provide encouragement, to congratulate me on a job well done or to just check in. So happy to be part of this wonderful organization. Thank you for all you do!

Cons

None that I can think of

Former Employee - Marketing and Communications

I worked at World Animal Protection full-time for more than a year

Inspirational Executive Director, passionate colleagues making real change for animals. Talented, knowledgeable US team. Ability to use talents and skills to work collaboratively with in new ways.... Collaborative planning and Executive Director engages all members of the team. Ability look back on some amazing accomplishments with an unmatched sense of pride. Executive Director in the US built an office that is the most diverse of the organization and also inclusive. Great office space in Manhattan, fun team to work with and receptiveness to new and engaging ideas. Great place for results-orientated professionals to showcase talents and help animals all around the world. Staff at all level celebrated for accomplishments.

Cons

Complex structure within global organization. Nonprofit salary.
