Current Employee - IT Analyst

I have been working at International Paper full-time for less than a year

Pros

With a company this size, there is plenty of room for growth. They strive to hire within and value their employees.

Cons

The company has a long road to adapt to new age workforce. Would like to see an increase interest in an employees work life balance.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at GreyOrange full-time

Pros

Amazing combination of young and experienced people- enough energy and experience. Everyone is collaborative and work is usually done in interdepartmental teams. Equal authority and responsibility... for new joiners as well.

Cons

Sometimes it takes great effort to get things done by the deadlines.
