"Great Company"Dec 8, 2019

Pros

Cons

Work life balance Is poor.

"New Employee"Jul 24, 2016

Current Employee - Load Former/Stacker

I have been working at U.S. Corrugated full-time for less than a year

Pros

Co-Workers are very receptive to new hires. A lot of hours that provide great amount of overtime, but also gives me plenty of time to spend with my wife and son at home. Shift supervisor is very... hands on and works harder than his staff. Great benefits offered.

Cons

A lot of hours on your feet, but I'm sure it takes some time to become adjusted. Only a 30 minute break for lunch on 12 hour shifts isn't very long but it is enough time to eat and get some good... boots off time.

Advice to Management

If you want an employee to do something, don't tell him or her. Show him or her first so he or she can know what you expect.
