What Employees Say
I have been working at International SOS full-time for more than a year
I’ve been working with Select for about a year now. The training here is intensive and the trainer and management are always supportive throughout the process. The schedule may be rotational but... having 3-4 days off each week let’s me have time to do things outside work. Management is also very flexible about allowing schedule switches and I usually am always able to find a colleague who is willing to switch with me! I meet with my manager each month for my 1 on 1 and have been given opportunities for refresher trainings when needed. The benefits are also great! We get a significant amount of sick, vacation, and floating holiday PTO time throughout the year.
Salary (however shift differential is offered), difficult to move within department
Advice to Management
Please keep up the support for everyone on the team and stay positive! The team appreciates you.
I have been working at Capco full-time for more than 3 years
Colleagues here don't feel like colleagues, they are truly friends and mentors. It doesn't matter what your title, is there is something to learn from and with everyone who works here. I thoroughly... enjoy my interactions with the Corporate Services, Finance and other groups who support our business on a daily basis. The best part about coming to work each day, is knowing that everyone has the same level of enthusiasm and excitement
I wish we had more space and sometimes I wish I had a dedicated spot where I can sit while I am in the office.
