Current Employee - Tricare Select Executive

I have been working at International SOS full-time for more than a year

Pros

I’ve been working with Select for about a year now. The training here is intensive and the trainer and management are always supportive throughout the process. The schedule may be rotational but... having 3-4 days off each week let’s me have time to do things outside work. Management is also very flexible about allowing schedule switches and I usually am always able to find a colleague who is willing to switch with me! I meet with my manager each month for my 1 on 1 and have been given opportunities for refresher trainings when needed. The benefits are also great! We get a significant amount of sick, vacation, and floating holiday PTO time throughout the year.

Cons

Salary (however shift differential is offered), difficult to move within department

Advice to Management

Please keep up the support for everyone on the team and stay positive! The team appreciates you.

Great talent working in an important niche market

Cons

Overcoming resistance to change is critical
